30-day returns guarantee for physical products
All our physical products come with a 30-day returns guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your return must be sent within 30 days of receiving your order.
What your refund covers
- Refunds apply to the cost of the returned item(s) only.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Return eligibility and condition
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Items handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be subject to a reduced refund.
- Returns may be refused if hygiene, condition, or product integrity has been compromised.
Digital content and Cruise Club
Our 30-day returns guarantee for physical products does not apply to digital content such as Anchors Up Cruise Club.
Where you ask us to provide digital content immediately, we will ask you to expressly consent to supply beginning during the 14-day cancellation period and to acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the supply of the digital content begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or not supplied as agreed.
